The fine print
Weather & activities. Outdoor activities (paragliding, helicopter, skydiving, snowmobiles and similar) are run by independent providers and depend on weather, snow and safety rules. If one is cancelled or changed, any new date, credit or refund follows the provider's own terms and is arranged directly with them; LTrip will help, but cannot guarantee a refund. No refund or credit for no-shows, late arrival, not meeting safety requirements (weight, age, alcohol or drugs) or missing the meeting time.
Booking terms
- Acceptance. Making a booking or any payment means full acceptance of these terms.
- Our role. LTrip organises the experience and acts as intermediary between guests and independent providers (festival organisers, chalet owners, transport companies, activity operators, insurers and others), and is not directly responsible for the performance of their services.
- Guest details. Guests must give full and correct personal details (full name, date of birth, nationality, passport or ID number, address, email). LTrip is not responsible for problems caused by wrong or incomplete information.
- What's included. Only the services listed as included are part of your booking.
- Deposits and payments. A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. Deposits and instalments are non-refundable, as houses, passes and transfers are secured on your behalf in advance. Missing a payment deadline may cancel the booking without refund of amounts paid.
- Non-refundable services. Whatever the reason for cancellation: festival and ski passes; tables, hospitality and experiences; third-party services; administrative and handling fees.
- Cancellation and no-show. Cancellation by the guest, no-show, or services not used by choice give no right to a refund.
- Name changes. Your place may be transferred to another guest, subject to LTrip's approval and the festival's ticket-transfer rules; any third-party fees are paid by the guest.
- Festival programme. Line-up, stages, dates, hours and venues are set by Tomorrowland and may change. As long as the festival takes place, changes give no right to a refund.
- Weather and force majeure. Including extreme weather, avalanche risk, lift closures, government decisions, strikes, unrest, pandemics, transport disruption and event cancellation or rescheduling. LTrip will help manage the solutions offered by providers, without further liability.
- Third-party services. Passes, transfers, activities, venues and equipment are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms. LTrip is not liable for their acts or omissions.
- Health and fitness. Guests declare they are fit to travel, ski and attend the festival. LTrip is not responsible for illness, accidents, injuries, hospitalisation, medical treatment, death or any medical situation before, during or after the trip; all medical, rescue, transfer and repatriation costs are the guest's own.
- Travel insurance. Guests must hold travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs, hospitalisation, winter sports, rescue, repatriation and belongings. If insurance is offered through LTrip, LTrip acts only as intermediary.
- Alcohol and substances. Governed by local law and event rules. LTrip is not responsible for removal from events, detention, fines, legal proceedings, intoxication, injury or death arising from alcohol or prohibited substances; all consequences are the guest's own and no refund applies.
- Conduct. Guests must respect the rules of the festival, houses and transport. Removal for inappropriate behaviour gives no right to a refund and releases LTrip from all responsibility.
- Houses and damage. Damage, extra cleaning or loss caused by a guest is charged to that guest. A security deposit may be requested at check-in.
- Personal responsibility. Skiing, snowboarding and all activities are at the guest's own risk. Guests are responsible for their belongings and for respecting local law.
- Age. Guests must be 18 or over at the start of the trip.
- Travel documents. Passports, visas, permits and entry requirements are the guest's responsibility. LTrip is not liable for denied entry or related costs.
- Flights. Not included, but we're happy to help you find them.
- Image use. Guests authorise LTrip to use photos and video in which they appear for promotional and communication purposes, without compensation.
- Prices. Per person, in euros, valid while availability lasts. Card processing fees are paid by the guest and are not refundable. LTrip reserves the right to correct errors.
